“)This hotel was amazing! We stayed for a week and let me tell you... If you looking for a bargain and can't be bothered with luxury, this is the hotel you looking for!! Amazing price with the best location, is just next door from the station. This station have links to most of trains and tube. There is a shopping centre inside the station, perfect for your shopping and a supermarket. The hotel is very calm, no noise from outside. It's clean and fresh! Breakfast it's the same everyday but it's all fresh and organised and for the price we paying we can't expect too much! The staff speaks English if you need and they was very friendly! The rooms are a bit small but for what we pay it's perfect! Need some hooks in the wall for jackets.”

“We had a fabulous ten day stay in Paris and Austin's Saint Lazare was our base. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We had two rooms next to each other and they were super comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved our comfy beds and bathrooms. The hotel is very clean, cozy and charming. The location is great as well, lots of restaurants and shops around. Palais Garnier and Galeries Lafayette only 5 minutes walk. Gare St. Lazare train and metro station is just across the road. Many metro lines are just a few minutes away: 12, 13, 14, 9. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Special mention to the lady at the reception, your smile and kindness were noticed and appreciated. The breakfast room is on the smaller side, however there was always a table available. The food choice for breakfast was very good and the staff were quick to replenish the missing items. Special thanks for allowing us to check in early on the day of our arrival. It really meant a lot after our flight and the heavy rain outside. Thank you for everything, we would love to come back some day. Love, Rooms 64 and 65 :)”

“The best, most personable hotel staff! From Sam, the amazing conversationalist to Aisha and Sylvia, they are all extraordinarily happy people (always cheerful) and generous. Without them, hotel Saint Lazare would be just another place to stay in the 9th arrondissement. They prize their customers’ comfort above all else. Sam gave me lots of great advice on cinemas to go to, restaurants he liked, which I tried and where to find cheese markets. I stayed in the blue room and red rooms. Bathrooms are great and spacious compared to others; blue has a tub and red, a stand up shower, which I prefer. The hotel is clean, quite spacious compared to others, the breakfast is great and they even have a book book while you have breakfast in a Cave-like room, which reminded me of a cinema in Paris where I saw my first Satyajit Ray film long ago. My breakfast faves were le mini chausson aux pommes over a mix of espresso and cappuccino, and Aisha’s or Sylvia’s welcoming smiles and greetings. I will go only here on future trips.”

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the location was fantastic—close to everything I needed. Highly recommend!”

“Fantastic hotel to stay in! The staff is extremely courteous, and the hospitality is exceptional. Initially, I was given a small room, but upon request, they were more than willing to accommodate me with a larger room offering a better view. The location is highly convenient, right at the main station in Paris, making commuting effortless.”
